Does my order qualify for free shipping?

Yes! DziBit Store defines Standard Shipping as DHL Express, DHL International for free. DziBit Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses, inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions, or any other causes beyond our control.

Has my order shipped?

When your order ships you will automatically receive an email alert. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email you can always login into your account to check your order status or click the “View your order” link in your original order confirmation email.

How do I get my tracking number?

The tracking number for your order will be available on the order status page once your order ships. You can access the order status page via the “View your order” link included in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Where do you ship?

At this time, orders placed on Dzibit.com can be shipped to any International address except few country (4 country) due to worldwide situation.
